Close communication between our office, you and your insurance is crucial to making sure your child receives the therapy services needed. The following steps will help make sure you are able to access your insurance coverage. Contact your insurance company:
Does your insurance plan cover Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Therapy?
Determine if you have met the required deductible for the year and any copayments or coinsurance you may be responsible for.
Determine if there is a limit on the number of visits per calendar year or contract year?
Does your insurance require preauthorization for therapy services?
Contact us and discuss information you receive from your insurance company and discuss payment options.
