Dealing with insurance can be very frustrating. The office staff at Therapy Works will work closely with you and your insurance. Close communication between our office, you and your insurance is crucial to making sure your child receives the therapy services needed. We can communicate with you in person, on the phone and by email. Please make sure our staff knows the best way to reach you. The following steps will help make sure you are able to access your insurance coverage. Contact your insurance company:

• Does your insurance plan cover Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Therapy?

• Determine if you have met the required deductible for the year and any copayments or coinsurance you may be responsible for.

• Determine if there is a limit on the number of visits per calendar year or contract year?

• Does your insurance require preauthorization for therapy services?

• Contact us and discuss information you receive from your insurance company and discuss payment options.

Please note: If you have changes to your insurance information, please notify our office immediately. Therapy Works will not be responsible for filing your insurance if we do not receive the correct insurance information prior to or at the time of your child’s visit.

Therapy Works accepts cash, check, credit card, debit cards and health savings cards as payment for services.
